We are looking for a highly analytical Content Operations Specialist to join our Partnerships Operations team, focused on content ingestion, management and quality assurance.

This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to be driving the digitalization of air freight and logistics in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer.

🌍 You can work from (almost) anywhere in Europe and South Africa. We are a remote company, but regularly meet in person, too. As a German company originally, we can support with visa processes only in Germany.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

  • Automate data ingestion pipelines to ensure smooth operations.

  • Own data quality and completeness across data types.

  • Manage an outsourced team to meet SLAs in manual data processing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve processes and customer outcomes.

  • Maintain high standards of content quality and integrity, aligned with service levels.

🙋🏽‍♀️ We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience with data and data ingestion processes.

  • Possess knowledge of SQL and automation, particularly with Python.

  • Experience managing outsourced teams to achieve SLAs.

  • Ability to deliver high-quality data and process optimization.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proactivity to take ownership to drive progress improvements.

  • Ability to thrive in uncertainty and adapt easily to change.

  • Openness to learning, accepting feedback, and providing thoughtful feedback to others.

🙌 Nice to haves:

  • Technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or a similar field.

  • Proficiency in data visualisation platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
