The Senior Salesforce Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and strategic oversight of Salesforce products within the organization. This senior role encompasses defining the product vision, managing the lifecycle, and implementing Salesforce solutions. Key duties include engaging stakeholders, conducting market research, and ensuring product quality and performance. The Senior PM also coordinates cross-functional efforts for product launches and drives Salesforce adoption and process optimization across the company. Effective leadership, deep Salesforce expertise, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define and refine the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and lead the development of the product roadmap.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Salesforce products, from ideation, development and launch to maturity, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with market needs.
  • Advanced Salesforce Expertise: Use in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to design and implement both Apex and declarative solutions, ensuring that advanced technical challenges are met.
  • Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and provide direction to a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to create buy-in and advocate for the product vision, ensuring understanding and support across the organization.
  • Market and Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to guide product development and enhancements.
  • Performance Metrics and Analytics: Analyze product performance using key metrics to assess its impact on users and market success, driving data-driven decisions.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement and oversee rigorous testing processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to facilitate clear understanding and usage among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond to ensure efficient product launches and ongoing management.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines and resources using project management tools, ensuring all tasks and priorities are clearly documented and adhered to.
  • Salesforce Adoption and Process Improvement: Drive the adoption of Salesforce across the company and spearhead initiatives to optimize business processes using Salesforce solutions

Requirements

  • Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
  • 3+ years of previous experience as a Mid or Senior Product Manager
  • Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in an Agile environment
  • Hands-on experience with report writing, data management/data manipulation and Dashboards
  • Understanding of CRM business processes like Case Management, Opportunities, Lead Management, Pipeline Management and Account Management
  • Customer-Centric Approach
  • Strategic Thinking and Vision
