Job description

My client, an established digital agency, is looking for an experienced CX Designer to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, testing, and implementing conversion strategies across their clients' ecommerce customer experiences. Your work will include both strategic planning and hands-on design, such as producing wireframes and reviewing UI concepts to ensure a cohesive final product. While your primary focus will be on customer experience, strong UI skills are also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients on end-to-end builds to understand their customers’ needs and present effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into your work.
  • Brief and manage offshore UI Designers to ensure concepts follow conversion best practices.
  • Create customer journey flows and empathy maps to visualize different scenarios and user interactions.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to develop complex Information Architecture structures.
  • Audit new clients’ websites and provide detailed findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee the interface design process and manage related considerations.
  • Act as the liaison for cross-functional teams to clarify and finalize project specifications.
