Job Description

As a Remote Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be essential in providing outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Superior Customer Service: Offering excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to Italian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Custom Travel Assistance: Helping clients plan and book their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, while offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Sales and Upselling: Promoting and selling travel packages, tours, and additional services that align with clients' interests, ensuring they have memorable travel experiences.
  • Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving any travel-related issues or concerns clients may face before, during, or after their trips, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Precise Documentation: Ensuring all travel documents are accurate, complete, and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
  • Industry Research: Keeping up with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry news to provide informed and current recommendations to clients.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive team dynamic.


Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and at least a B2 level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and team members.
  • Customer Orientation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
  • Adaptability and Multitasking: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using computers, the internet, and various travel booking software and tools.
