What You'll Do

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Advocate for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard within our organization.
  • Drive Client Success: Oversee annual renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Improve Client Experience: Enhance client interactions and expand their use of our Infinite Campus software.
  • Lead and Support: Conduct user group meetings, attend industry conferences, and serve as an escalation point for complex client issues.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer feedback drives our continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Infinite Campus software and a commitment to staying up-to-date with all new enhancements.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to analyze the competitive landscape and understand third-party systems clients may be using.
  • Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, with 3+ years in K-12 account management or a related field. Experience in school administration, teaching, support, or technology is a plus.
  • Passion for Education: A genuine interest in improving the educational experience through technology.
