Intralox, L.L.C., has an opening for a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Lead working within our Digital Solutions team. Responsibilities

The Solution Lead is responsible for all aspects of the technical design of a Dynamics 365 CE project implementation and all related applications in the power platform echo system

Outcomes: 

  • Drive Dynamics CE implementations through all project phases, including discovery, development, test, and deploy
  • Design and lead the technical system architecture processes
  • Define specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements
  • Lead failed QA testing resolution and major incident management with the functional analyst
  • Knowledge expert of their specific focus area including how to personalize and customize Dynamics CE
  • Work with developers to communicate requirements, explain designs and conduct solution reviews to ensure best practice standards

Day to Day: 

  • Lead data-centric discussions with the business and create mapping documents and design migration packages
  • Develop and continue to refine CE implementation standards and tools
  • Partner with either the business or functional analyst and solution architect where needed, to design and document custom solutions, including spikes / investigations as needed to understand the as is and to be systems configurations as well as testing of new solutions
  • Setup Custom Code Repository for Team Member
  • Generate Technical Specifications based on functional specifications
  • Design and Document Integration, Data Migration, ALM Strategy
  • Work closely with other Digital Solution Groups to support integration efforts and vital few projects
  • Communicate with the development team and functional analyst person to ensure alignment of technical solutions to business requirements

Requirements



  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5 or more years designing and delivering D365 solutions with various integration strategies OR 3 or more enterprise- level cross-platform D365 CE implementations
  • 8 or more years of implementing Dynamics/Power Platform Solutions
  • Strong knowledge of ASP.NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, CRM 365 SDK, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, Web API
  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical knowledge like Plugin, PCF, PowerApps Portal, Custom Action, Web Resource, DevOps Integration, Power Automate
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a development team
  • Must be self-managed
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred

Requirements

  • PL 200, PL 400, MB 600 Certifications
  • Knowledge on CanvasApps, Power BI, Azure Development, ADF would be advantageous
