Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Home Health RN to deliver high-quality care to patients in their own home environment. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address all patient needs, develop relationships, and ensure continuity of care. This rewarding field requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and creating your own work schedule.

Work Schedule

• Regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
• Choose between 4 or 5 days/week.
• Rotating weekend every 4th week.

Compensation

This position is paid by the visit:

• Routine visits: \(52.00 - \)60.00 per visit.
• Evaluations: \(88.00 - \)102.00 per visit.
• Admissions: \(156.00 - \)180.00 per visit.
  
  

Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of visit, type of experience, location, and years of experience.
