Your missions

Description

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations, ensuring that operations align with the Board of Directors' goals as well as the company's policies and procedures. A strong understanding of association governance, contract management, and vendor relations, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to each community, is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of homeowners and condominium associations, overseeing daily operations and executing management contracts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the Board of Directors and the management company to ensure smooth communication and action on key issues.
  • Enforce rules, regulations, and restrictions outlined in the association’s governing documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to provide guidance and support in community management.
  • Attend Board meetings to present reports, updates, and recommendations.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed written reports, including financial and operational updates.
  • Solicit and review bids for service contracts, vendor agreements, and projects as required.
  • Present contract proposals to the Board of Directors, negotiate terms, and manage vendor performance.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned properties and provide timely feedback to the Board on property conditions.
  • Work with the association's financial team to review budgets, expenses, and reserve funds.
  • Approve and finalize all association-related reports, including financial statements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Community Association Manager, with a proven track record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and property management software.
  • Florida Community Association Manager License is required.
