Your missions

Description

We are seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Community Association Manager. In this hybrid position, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations, ensuring compliance with regulations, covenants, and by-laws. Your expertise in vendor management and board engagement will be essential in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, association covenants, and by-laws while directing association business.
  • Solicit requests for bids, present proposals to the Board of Directors, negotiate and manage vendor contracts and projects.
  • Make timely recommendations to the Board.
  • Prepare and finalize written monthly reports for distribution.
  • Attend Board of Directors meetings, either virtually or in person, with most meetings occurring quarterly.
  • Conduct regular property inspections.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Licensed Community Association Manager for homeowner and condominium associations.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with Boards of Directors.
  • Proficient in understanding financial statements and budgets.
  • Skills in contract vendor selection and project management.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new property management software.
  • Active Florida Community Association Manager License is required.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Compensation starting at $70,000+, negotiable and commensurate with experience.
