Your missions

Overview

We are seeking amotivatedand detail-oriented Program Coordinator to manage deliverables, coordinate travel, oversee and facilitate orientation processes, and provide backup support for security onboarding. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and possess strong organizational skills, ensuring smooth program operations and an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliverables Management:
  • Oversee and track project deliverables to ensure they meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather, review, and report on progress.
  • Prepare and distribute status reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Travel Coordination:
  • Organize and manage travel arrangements for team members, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Ensure travel itineraries are accurate and communicated effectively.
  • Address any travel-related issues or changes promptly.
  • Orientation Oversight:
  • Coordinate and facilitate orientation sessions for new employees or program participants.
  • Develop and maintain orientation materials, schedules, and agendas.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for orientation-related queries and provide support as needed.
  • Backup Support for Security Onboarding:
  • Assist with security onboarding processes, including access badge issuance and security training.
  • Act as a backup resource for the Security Onboarding Coordinator, stepping in as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and update records as necessary.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the program team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.
  • Manage program-related correspondence and maintain organized records.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between program teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Foster positive relationships and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage travel logistics and handle unexpected issues.

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Experience with orientation and onboarding processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures is a plus.

Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
