This role is pivotal in developing and leading research projects that delve into audience behaviors, needs, and motivations, and market dynamics influencing decision-making in hiring process.

A successful candidate will have a background in market research, consumer behavior research, of behavioral science, with strong skills in research design and methodology, data analysis and statistics, and knowledge of the World of Work, HR Tech or SaaS markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive secondary research to gather existing data from industry reports, academic publications, and market analysis to establish a robust foundation for understanding and influencing factors of market trends.
  • Plan, execute, and manage research projects from inception to completion, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Oversee all phases of the research process, including crafting questionnaires, research design, data analysis, interpretation of findings, and report preparation.
  • Employ Behavioral and Social Science theories and a diverse array of research methodologies (e.g., focus groups, surveys, user-tests) to craft and execute research projects that align with Radancy’s strategic goals.
  • Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data using advanced statistical and data analysis techniques to uncover trends and patterns in audience behavior.
  • Transform research findings into compelling industry and trend reports that provide actionable insights.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Behavioral and Social Science Research, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Consumer Behavior, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience within applied research, or product research and development.
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in research design across various methods including, but not limited to, usability studies, contextual inquiries, and surveys.
  • A keen interest in product design and how research informs product development.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate user research findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, with exemplary presentation skills.

Salary Range: USD $70,000.00 – $90,000.00*

  • The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
