Your missions

We are seeking a Development & Construction Administrator to join our dynamic Construction & Development team. As the primary communications link between our team and various project stakeholders, including consultants, architects, brokers, and internal departments, you'll play an important role in overseeing the entire process from site selection to restaurant development and construction.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through all stages of the lifecycle, with a focus on construction administration and project completion.
  • Coordinate design, development, and construction meetings.
  • Facilitate clear communication among internal and external project team members.
  • Develop detailed work plans and track project documentation.
  • Direct and support project team members to meet objectives and profitability goals.
  • Manage expectations and participate in team meetings.
  • Support construction managers with project documentation and tracking.
  • Track changes in project scope and coordinate work authorizations.
  • Coordinate punch-list items and support restaurant closure processes.
  • Maintain centralized Brand Standards Catalog.
  • Perform additional tasks as instructed by Sr. Director, Construction & Development.


Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in Construction and Development administration, preferably in the Food industry.
  • Experience overseeing on-site project activities and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Working knowledge of construction and design practices.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree and/or Certification in Construction Project Management.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
  • Familiarity with Smart Sheet.


Location:

  • Position is primarily remote with some occassional presence in the corporate office. Preference to candidates based in Phoenix Metro Arizona area.
  • Open to considering candidates that are based in another state but are willing to work Arizona business hours (M-F, 8:00-5:00)
