Your missions

The Senior Specialist, IT Procurement & Licensing is responsible for the enterprise IT procurement processes which includes, but are not limited to, purchasing of goods or services through issuing and tracking of purchase orders and the categorization, coding, and monitoring of invoices. The selected individual will facilitate asset inventory tracking, replenishment, and renewals using technology-based inventory management, recording, and reporting systems to enter and analyze information while ensuring adequate inventory stocking, release, and control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily IT hardware/software requests and issue Purchase Orders.
  • Review procurement items for categorization, coding, pricing, and information accuracy across all systems.
  • Inform stakeholders of PO issuance and any other details regarding orders including risk of project readiness or requested delivery date.
  • Follow each order to ensure all items are tracked and received.
  • Inspecting inventory and reordering materials and technical components.
  • Track and assist with asset management including software, subscription, and support renewals.
  • Develop spending metrics and look for opportunities to improve daily operations.
  • Create and maintain documentation of all design, workflow, and analysis work.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Experience in diverse enterprise technologies and processing environments.
  • 5+ years in procurement systems including purchase orders, coding, and invoicing experience preferred.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • 5+ years of Oracle Finance experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT discipline technical/infrastructure architecture

The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $100,000. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
