Job description

We are seeking a Radiant Logic Engineer to support the Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) program at DHS HQ. ICAM Program deploys agile development strategies during the development, testing, and quality assurance process to provide the highest quality ICAM solutions to DHS HQ and other Government business owners.


The Radiant Logic Engineer will work closely with the customer representatives to review processes, activities, communication channels, metrics and other key artifacts to document processes, update and change processes to facilitate standardization and gain efficiencies. You will be expected to leverage your technical and functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engineer, design, install, integrate, configure, and deploy ICAM solution capabilities using Radiant Logic solutions.
  • Support program goals and objectives leveraging expert Radiant Logic Engineering experience and skills
  • Update process documents informing management, users, system owners, and requestors when policies change.
  • Hold training sessions and update knowledge base articles to train the end-user community.
  • Work with developers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users.
  • Integrate Radiant Logic with other third-party software, such as SailPoint, Okta and other government systems relying on data from the system.
  • Participate in full scrum lifecycle processes including sprint planning, user story estimation, backlog grooming, and demonstration of functionality at sprint reviews.
  • Under general supervision, works from specifications to develop or modify moderately complex software programming applications.
  • Assists with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation of programs, utility programs, position control language, macros, subroutines, and other control modules.
  • Other duties as assigned.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • US Citizenship required. Active DHS Public Trust preferred. Ability to obtain clearance required.
  • 7+ years in technology roles with a focus on ICAM, agile software development, or digital transformation projects. Prior leadership experience in a similar capacity is essential.
  • Current Radiant Logic certifications including RadiantOne Federated Identity Directory (FID), Master User Records, Global Synchronization, and Identity Correlation and Synchronization (ICS) are a plus.
  • Experience integrating Radiant logic into hybrid multi-cloud operating environments.
  • Experience with integrating Radiant Logic with other third-party software, such as SailPoint and other government systems relying on data from the system.
  • Experience in integrating ICAM data sources (including but not limited to Active Directory, LDAP, PKI, PAM) into a virtual directory service (VDS),
  • Experience with scaling VDS to support a large volume of concurrent users/applications
  • Coordinates with program management and customer to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with understanding of solution architecture and Okta access management concepts, methodologies, and practices
  • Communicates with customers and teammates clearly and concisely.
  • Developing documentation on new or existing systems.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to juggle many competing priorities.
