Our insurance client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior General Liability Claims Adjuster to join their dynamic team as a remote employee.

Salary/Benefits

  • $75,000 - $85,000 annual salary (based on experience)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience handling at General Liability/Bodily Injury Claims (Premise Liability, Slip & Fall, Food Poisoning)
  • Litigation experience required
  • Must have at least a home state Adjuster's license and willing to obtain multiple state licenses.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Investigate and handle general liability claims from inception to resolution.
  • Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage details.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews, inspections, and obtaining necessary documentation.
  • Evaluate damages and determine liability based on gathered information.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other parties.
