What You Will Do:

  • Engage with individuals and families remotely to discuss their insurance needs
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process, providing expert advice and assistance
  • Answer client inquiries and address any concerns or questions they may have
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment processes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and enrollment activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated and reliable
  • Must have Windows Laptop/PC, internet access, and a working camera
