Ottimate's AP Automation and VendorPay Network helps businesses pay and get paid faster.

We invest in each other because we win or lose as a team.

Our values are at the center of our company and culture. At Ottimate (formerly Plate IQ), we value: Growth, Customer Focus, Innovation, Accountability, and Communication.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, bilingual (Spanish-speaking), Tampa/St. Petersburg based Recruiter with a deep passion for recruitment to join our dynamic HR team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and in-office. The ideal candidate is eager, smart, curious, organized, a quick learner, and driven by the desire to connect people with opportunities. You will play a critical role in the growth of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent across various departments (primarily sales and operations). If you are passionate about helping individuals find the right career paths and are motivated by the impact you can make through recruitment, with the desire to elevate your career in this space, this is the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to proactively source and attract a diverse pool of candidates in the United States and Latin America.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships over time.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, advise on market trends, and ensure the recruitment process is aligned with business objectives.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the enhancement of our employer brand by promoting our company culture and values across various platforms and during recruitment activities. Represent the company brand at job fairs and networking events in the Greater Tampa area.
  • Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to optimize the recruitment process and provide regular updates to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Candidate Experience: Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • HR: Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Passion for Recruitment: A genuine passion for the recruitment process, with a strong commitment to connecting people with the right career opportunities.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Software: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Comfortable conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying challenges in the recruitment process and implementing creative solutions.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing candidate records, job postings, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Location: Based in or around Tampa, FL or St. Petersburg, FL.
