Position:

For our company site in North America we are looking for an highly motivated and experienced Automation Sales Executive. In this role you will represent Inpeco in the western half of the U.S. and you will be responsible for sales all Inpeco’s product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all sales activities within assigned accounts for North America
  • Responsible for opportunity management and CRM completion for assigned region
  • Oversees day to day sales activities for assigned accounts and align strategies for customer engagements with ISC team
  • Conducts regular sales forecasts with Sales Lead of NA
  • Verifies accuracy of funnel as well as accuracy of forecast and timing of potential closes with Sales Lead of NA
  • Continues to build and strengthen the relationships with all distributor partners
  • Collaborates and coordinates with internal stakeholders and ensures strong communication with internal teams
  • Job requires 50% travel, within NA

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with these skills:

  • Field sales experience – working with customer-facing teams and in customer-facing roles
  • Experience selling laboratory automation in the IVD space
  • Proven track record in large, high dollar capital sales within the medical device industry (IVD – required)
  • Effectively works within a high-performing team
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, in both lateral and vertical organization structures

Nice to have:

  • Experience in matrix organization
  • Experience in collaborating with customer levels at Director level and above
