Description

Join a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. As a Home Health RN, you will deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address all patient needs, develop relationships, and ensure continuity of care. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and setting your own work schedule.

Work Schedule

  • Regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with a choice between 4 or 5 days/week, and rotating weekends every 4th week.

Compensation

  • Paid by the visit:
    • Routine visits: \(52.00-\)60.00 per visit
    • Evaluations: \(88.00-\)102.00 per visit
    • Admissions: \(156.00-\)180.00 per visit
  • Actual pay rates may vary depending on the type of visit, type of experience, location, and years of experience.
Incentives

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time field clinicians.
