We are currently searching for a Remote Digital CRM Consultant:

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand client requirements to guide on optimal use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Participate in two full implementation cycles of CRM systems.
  • Configure sales, service, and marketing modules within Dynamics 365.
  • Explore and recommend custom options beyond standard configurations using DevOps and Azure.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Sales, Service, and Marketing Modules.
  • Ability to configure modules, not limited to standard configurations (OOB).
  • Strong proficiency in English.

Desired:

  • Experience in extra configuration possibilities outside of the default Dynamics 365 features.
  • Some hands-on experience with Azure.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.

Note:

  • Fully remote.
