Job description

Job Objective: To support the creation and management of a sales funnel for infoproducts focused on personal development, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and emotional transcendence. The virtual assistant will be responsible for administrative and operational tasks that facilitate the online sale and promotion of these products.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Funnel Creation and Management:
  • Assist in planning and executing the sales funnel for infoproducts.
  • Collaborate in creating content for each stage of the sales funnel, including emails, landing pages, and follow-up content.
  • Monitor and analyze the sales funnel performance, suggesting improvements to optimize conversions.
  • Media Management (optional):
  • Manage and schedule content on social media platforms.
  • Engage with the audience on social media, responding to comments and direct messages.
  • Create monthly reports on social media performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospects.
  • Manage correspondence and coordinate virtual meetings.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in digital sales management or infoproducts.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented.

Additional Requirements:

  • Preferably female.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).
