Your missions

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, who will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and management of our IT infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems, supporting our mission to deliver top-tier services. You will also have the chance to mentor junior engineers, guiding them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and optimize cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises systems.
Oversee network architecture, including firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and monitoring tools.
Lead efforts in automating processes and implementing DevOps practices.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all infrastructure components.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, providing timely resolutions.
Contribute to disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a similar role.
Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security best practices, and systems architecture.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Terraform).
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Leadership experience and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.
