Contract Cloud Contact Center Platform Specialist - LATAM

This position is responsible for providing technical support to customers on the use of Genesys Cloud, Talkdesk, Five9, and NICE CXone. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud-based contact center platforms and experience working with customers in the USA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers on the use of Genesys Cloud, Talkdesk, Five9, and NICE CXone.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Provide training and support to customers on new features and functionality.
  • Work with customers to develop and implement solutions to improve their contact center operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with cloud-based contact center platforms.
  • Experience working with customers in the USA.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Proficiency in Written and Spoken English.
