We are expanding our sales team and are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Client Acquisition Specialists.

Job Overview:As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating high-quality leads and providing key opportunities for our senior brokers. This role is fast-paced and highly rewarding, ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and contact potential commercial insurance clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales strategies.
  • Data Management: Efficiently work with lead data to maintain accurate records of prospects, ensuring all relevant information is up to date in our CRM system.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and qualify quote opportunities and renewal dates to feed into the senior broker pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our insurance solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Telesales team and senior brokers to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads and support overall sales objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, consistently driving high performance in a competitive environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry. (Not Essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients. (Essential)
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. (Essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage lead data and maintain accurate records. (Essential)
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage leads. (Not Essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative approach to achieving sales targets. (Essential)
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends is a plus.
