Job description

We are looking for self-motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agents to join our dynamic field sales team. The agents will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with clients in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including networking and referrals.
  • Regularly visit clients and potential clients to present our products/services, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to the field sales lead.
  • Stay updated on the company's products/services and industry developments to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application
  • Must possess a valid means of identification.
  • Must possess a working smart phone (either android or ios)
  • Must be conversant with the local parlance and nuances of the area.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local market and business landscape.
  • Must provide 2 guarantors

Job Location is Nationwide, across South West region (Oyo, Osun, Ogun, Ondo, Ekiti, Lagos) and Abuja
