THE ROLE

We're growing a love brand in Europe, and this is where your journey begins! As a Social Media Manager, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, playing a vital role in developing and executing our social media strategy while ensuring our brand continues to engage and grow its audience.

Specifically, we expect you to:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all major platforms.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to build meaningful connections and encourage community members to take action.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Manage and oversee social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of posts.
  • Collaborate with designers and other team members to create visual and multimedia content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to inform future campaigns and improve strategy.
  • Manage and grow our social media communities by initiating discussions and responding to comments.
  • Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.


Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Experience in managing social media platforms of large communities, over 50,000.
  • Experience in Consumer Brands businesses.
  • Experience at a medium-sized startup in the recent past, ideally at a scale-up journey.
  • Love for dogs.
  • Fluent in English, and Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Comfortable in high-pressure and high-stakes environments
