Description:

AACAFS is looking for Youth Workers to join our team. This role is key to the wellbeing and safety of children and young people in AACAFS’ out of home care program.

The key aspects of the role are:

  • meeting the day-to-day care needs of children and young people in AACAFS's care.
  • to support case plan goals of the Child/Young Person


We are looking for people who have:

  • The right to work in Australia.
  • Current NSW driver’s license and Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Previous experience working in Youth Work or the Community Services Sector.
  • As a minimum a Diploma (or working towards) in Community Services or Youth Work.
  • Ability to live by our values (which you can find on our website here)
