Your missions

Established in Taiwan in 2002, Keding Enterprises (KD) is a global interior surface solutions leader and proudly listed on the Taiwan Exchange Stock Market (TWSE: 6655). Our dedication to innovation and environmental conservation has led us to pioneer healthy and environmentally friendly wood panels, flooring, and laminates, offering a luxurious and elegant experience.

Starting this year, we will be aggressively expanding globally. In addition to setting up operational companies in major cities worldwide, we will be recruiting local business partners whose primary role is to drive expansion. They need to have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the mindset of a company partner.

As part of our partner program, we provide comprehensive support to ensure your success. This includes covering employee training, storage, logistics, marketing, and more to reduce operational costs and maximize your return on investment.

We open Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Perth for partners.

Your Responsibilities

Ensure daily compliance with all operating procedures. Oversee operations and implement management.

Execute Franchisor-approved marketing campaigns and promotions.

Build relationships with local stakeholders to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.

This is not a typical salary-based position. You will be fully supported to grow the local business, and you will be compensated based on the product's profitability

Adopt and execute operational procedures of Keding Enterprises.

Formulate regular reports to the franchisor on performance indicators and metrics set.

Qualifications & Experience

It would help if you had an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to start your own business or team.

Require online Training/Meetings twice a month and 2 weeks of training in Taiwan (optional)

Experience in sales and business development is a must!

Plus: Experience in interior decoration, real estate sales, or woodworking construction. Alternatively, you may know professionals in the industries above for consultation or collaboration.
