Full remote /Globak Product Designer

To achieve our goal, our campany is preparing to bring in technical talents not only from Japan but also globally, just as we have done with this product division. As a Product Designer, you will be collaborating with engineers, designers and QAs, and working in an environment where you can be one of the founding members to build up a new organization with us.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers to create new features and improve the UI/UX of existing features with the user experience as the first priority
• Take on a variety of challenges to deliver new securities product experiences to users
• Responsible for the total UI/UX design for the native apps, the mini-apps (point management and asset management mini-apps accessed through us), PC trading sites, and management tools
• UX flow and UI design based on concept and design system
• Quantitative and qualitative research and analysis using questionnaires and interviews
• Analysis and improvement proposals using numerical analysis tools
  
  

【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】

• 3-5+ years of experience in mobile service (iOS/Android apps, Web) UI design experience
• Working experience in UI/UX design using Figma, Overflow and Adobe
• Business level in either English or Japanese (Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 equivalent)
