Job description

Responsibilities

  • Memonitor target sales melalui kegiatan distribution alliances sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
  • Mengimplementasi pelaksanaan aktivitas promosi (di Supermarket, Hypermart, Mini Market, Swalayan, dll.)
  • Melakukan kegiatan business review dengan buyer setiap bulan.
  • Memastikan ketersediaan stok produk & gimmick sesuai dengan forecast penjualan.
  • Memastikan visibility produk di seluruh account modern trade sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan di semua outlet.
  • Memastikan tersedianya anggota tim cabang dan kompensasinya sesuai dengan ketentuan dan kebutuhan yang berlaku.

Requirements

  • Minimal Pendidikan S1 segala Jurusan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman Modern Trade Minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang Sales & Marketing (di perusahaan FMCG lebih diutamakan).
  • Bersedia di tempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia dan mengalami mutasi area.
  • Memiliki Sim A/C.
  • Memiliki kemampuan memimpin tim yang baik.
  • Proaktif, komunikatif, dan disiplin.
