Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Manage and drive sales through channel partners and Individual service providers.
- Create demand from Klüber Lubrication products by showcasing the value these products and the service they can offer to the customers.
- Understand and interpret technical requirements of the customers and thereby recommend the right lubricant solution to the customer.
- Do benchmarking of products and solutions against competition and study market trends.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining aware of industry trends, product results, market activities etc.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering in Mechanical / Automotive with 3+ years of relevant sales experience
- Good hold over English, Marathi, and Hindi
- Full time MBA preferred.
- Experience in handling sales through Channel partners.
- Ability to travel locally and nationally extensively.
