Remoat Teams is expanding rapidly, aiming to scale our team of Editors to 500 strong. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proficiency in English : Strong command of written English.

Attention to Detail : A meticulous eye for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Adaptability : Ability to follow a specific style guide and meet daily deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit AI-generated transcriptions to ensure high accuracy.

- Research and verify technical terms, proper nouns, and other specific phrases.

- Follow provided style guides rigorously.

- Proofread and finalize transcripts with 99% accuracy.

- Participate in regular team communications and feedback sessions.

- Track and report your work as required by the team.

WORK SCHEDULE

Our operations run seven days a week, but you'll work five days, which may include weekends based on scheduling needs.

Files are assigned as early as 4:00 AM IST and as late as 5:30 AM IST. The first audio hour (for part-timers) is due by 11:30 AM IST and the second audio hour (for full-timers) is due by 3:30 PM IST every day.

PRIORITY TO HIRE! Full-time work hours - 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST (3:30 PM IST as the latest submission of the second audio hour file)

Part-time work hours -5:30 AM-10:30 AM IST or 10:30 AM-3:30 PM IST

REQUIREMENTS

- Successfully complete the following screening tests:

- Basic Test: Evaluates fundamental transcription skills, with a focus on listening.

- Style Guide Tests: A series of multiple-choice and sentence construction tests to apply Style Guide rules.

- 2-Day Paid Trial: A trial period for Junior Editors, where candidates are compensated during training.

- Strong proficiency in written English.

- Open to fresh graduates who can meet the screening criteria.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career advancement. After six months, Editors demonstrating exceptional skill may progress to a Senior Editor QA role with increased responsibilities and pay.

Currently, you will be offered 35-37K INR per month.
