In light of the escalating mental health crisis worldwide, Miracle of Mind is a movement focused on empowering at least 3 billion people to take charge of their mental wellbeing. The Miracle of Mind platform will offer users an array of resources so they can navigate life smoothly, including simple tools, guided meditations, insights from Sadhguru and a tracker to monitor one's progress.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead product strategy aligning with organizational goals. Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps.
Collaborate on product vision and set priorities based on user needs and impact.
Roadmap Development: Build and articulate comprehensive product roadmaps. Collaborate closely on defining product vision and
setting priorities. Prioritize initiatives based on user needs, market trends, and business impact.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Analyze competitors to inform product decisions and stay ahead
in the market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, analytics, and marketing teams. Ensure alignment and
collaboration across departments for cohesive product development.
User Feedback Integration: Gather user feedback through various channels. Iterate on product features based on user insights and feedback
Experience: Relevant 3+ years of experience in B2C Industry. Total 6+ Years in the relevant Industry
Skill sets:
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C Sales
Proven experience in product management, preferably in one of the specialized areas such as Acquisition, Engagement, Gamification, or AI/Content Features.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences and drive decision-making.
Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills Proficient in market research and competitor analysis.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
Qualification-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
