Product Design Lead

The scope and scale of Isha’s work extends from delivering powerful Yoga programs for inner transformation to global projects in environment, education, community revitalization and rural health – all designed to support Isha's larger goal of raising human consciousness.

Miracle of Mind

In light of the escalating mental health crisis worldwide, Miracle of Mind is a movement focused on empowering at least 3 billion people to take charge of their mental wellbeing. The Miracle of Mind platform will offer users an array of resources so they can navigate life smoothly, including simple tools, guided meditations, insights from Sadhguru and a tracker to monitor one's progress.

➢ Develop, lead, and execute the user experience strategy by leading and mentoring a team of designers, fostering a culture of user empathy, creativity, and excellent execution.

➢ Create intuitive user journeys and interactions for consumer-facing mobile apps that align with brand guidelines and user expectations.

➢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, visual designers, to understand business goals and requirements.

➢ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors through user research, persona development, and usability testing.

➢ Produce high-quality design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and UI design. Via prototypes and design rationale communicate the design strategy and direction to cross-functional members of the team

➢ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.

➢ Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data-driven insights.

➢ Contribute to the evolution and improvement of design processes within the organization.

Experience: Relevant 3+ Years ,Total 7-10 Years

Skill sets:

· Ability to lead and inspire a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Strategic thinking,

· User- Centered Design, Familiarity with UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma)

· Oversee the entire UX design process from research to final implementation. Work with

· Execution teams to ensure timely delivery of UX improvements.

· Collaborate with a broad range of internal teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.

· Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.

· Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
