Job Opportunity: Staff Engineer Role for a B2B SaaS Platform Development Company (Fully Remote)

Join a leading B2B SaaS platform company that has secured over $35 million (approx) in Series funding and is rapidly scaling its platform to meet enterprise needs. This is a fully remote opportunity, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform's architecture and engineering.

Experience Range: 8 - 14 years

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Notice Period: 30 days or less

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage engineering metrics related to enterprise adoption.
  • Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for platform development and scalability.
  • Develop and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using tools like Okta or similar identity management systems.
  • Lead the architecture and development of SaaS platform products, ensuring they meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Plan and oversee the project roadmap to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure their success, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Lead and mentor a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and innovative solutions.


Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • 8+ years of experience building backend systems, with expertise in Java, Spring, Spring WebFlux, and PostgreSQL.
  • Strong experience in authentication and access control systems, including the building of SSO solutions using tools like Okta or similar.
  • Proven track record in SaaS platform development, including building and managing complex, scalable systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, including deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments.
  • Expertise in team leadership and system architecture for enterprise-level products, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.


Good to Have:

  • Experience managing deployments on GCP or Azure in addition to AWS.
  • Familiarity with self-hosted products and their deployment models.
  • Experience writing technical blogs or sharing insights on complex enterprise-level challenges and solutions.
