Job description

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team of 50+ people distributed in the USA, Canada, Pakistan, India, and the Philippines.

Work Setup:

Preferred location: Remote, Pakistan
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time (US)

Compensation and Benefits:

400K-470K PKR per month, depending on skill level
Profit sharing

Key Responsibilities:

Document technical requirements for each development project.
Explore and evaluate technologies, storage schemas, and solutions to meet project objectives.
Architect well-organized, scalable classes for maintainability.
Deliver high-quality products with clean design and fast implementation.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate with the team to organize, implement, and launch new products.

Required Experiences:

Proven experience in designing and building new production systems from scratch.
Experience working collaboratively with a team to organize, implement, and launch new products.

Preferred Experiences:

Strong knowledge of server-side languages
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web applications, and object-oriented programming.
Experience administering Linux servers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
