PT Appointment Setter

We are seeking skilled and motivated Appointment Setters to join our remote team, working from 3 PM  South African time. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a solid track record of stability in previous roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments in our CRM.
• Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are properly handed off.

Requirements:

• Excellent English-speaking skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality interactions.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new software and tools.
• Demonstrated stability in previous roles, with a commitment to long-term employment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls.
