Position: Croatian/Serbian Customer Support Service Advisor

Location: Romania (Remote or On-site)

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Croatian/Serbian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product or service support.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved matters.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services to effectively assist customers.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Croatian and/or Serbian (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates must reside in Romania or be willing to relocate.
