Join the forefront of educational transformation: help lead growth marketing in a role that helps shape the futures of scholar-athletes around the world, at one of the most exciting education startups in the world, now valued at more than $600M USD.

What this role is responsible for

The role will be responsible for the growth of Athletics enrollments at Crimson Education globally; driving awareness in key markets and coordinating high impact digital campaigns via the creation of design assets and execution of campaigns. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.

A portion of the role will be ANZ-focused, but you will join a diverse team and have access to global resources. In particular, you will:

  • Lead generation of collateral related to Crimson’s international athletics program, which supports high school scholar-athletes around the world by strategizing their growth in sport, preparing them for U.S. admissions (SAT/ACT, extracurriculars, essays, etc.) and putting them in touch with coaches at top universities for the purpose of being recruited

  • Help to map Crimson Athletics’ growth strategy while owning a tight marketing budget

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing, digital and growth campaigns, including managing events, PR content, landing pages, social posts, FB, Adwords, emails & more

  • Help manage our sales funnel—monitor the pipeline of prospective families and provide reports analysing marketing touchpoints and campaign performance

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to share assets generated, and filter best practices across company units

  • Partner with our sales team to proactively ensure prospective families are nurtured through to enrolment

  • Scout and develop partnership opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Adaptability and Growth Mindset—you’re proactive in ideating new and creative campaigns, shuttering failing initiatives, and learning rapidly

  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities—you track marketing and sales data rigorously, generating actionable insights that you share with the team and rapidly deploy

  • Project Management—you manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly, coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines and continually optimising campaigns for future success

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills—you communicate well across teams and organisations, both as a colleague and as a representative of our service to potential customers

  • Design aesthetic—you have an eye for quality branding, detail in design and clear and striking copywriting that confidently presents our unique value proposition

  • Industry knowledge development—you rapidly seek to learn about trends in high-school age sports and education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business or related fields preferred

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience in a growth-oriented environment preferred

If you're passionate about education technology, sport, and people — and you are seeking a fast-paced, collaborative environment — we'd love to hear from you! We’re looking for a team player who is comfortable owning targets, but who genuinely enjoys combining across business functions to find creative solutions and drive outcomes.

    Why work for Crimson?

    • Flexible working environment, you will be empowered to structure how you work
    • Option to work from our many locations/remotely around the globe (role dependant) with us!
    • Limitless development and exposure- our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year.
