Your missions

We are seeking a skilled IAM (Identity and Access Management) Engineer to join our team for one of our pharmaceutical clients. As an IAM Engineer, you will be a key member of a global, multicultural team, focusing on IAM technologies, particularly SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your role will involve protecting the organization’s information and assets from unauthorized access, security threats, and cyber-attacks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in feature releases and bug fixes for our IAM tool, using Java and understanding the overall IAM landscape.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support, operationally managing, supporting, and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions with SailPoint IdentityIQ and customizations in Java.
  • Contribute to the design of infrastructure solutions as part of small technical teams, producing and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Interact with internal and external partners on significant technical matters, contributing to the success criteria and evaluating solutions through Proofs of Concepts (PoCs) and feasibility studies.
  • Proactively monitor systems and platforms for performance, availability, and capacity management, ensuring minimal escalations.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests, resolve escalated incidents, and implement changes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand, implement, and adhere to ITIL, GxP, and Project Management concepts, including Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and more.
  • Actively focus on self-development, creating actionable improvement plans.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call support approximately one week every other month, with flexibility regarding working hours.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the IAM space.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java development.
  • Extensive experience with Identity Management methodologies, workflows, and tools, specifically SailPoint IdentityIQ.
