SAP Service Manager

As a SAP Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration and implementation of SAP ERP systems across various projects. You will manage cross-functional teams and lead the execution of initiatives in a complex, hybrid environment that incorporates methodologies such as waterfall, kanban, and agile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Strategy: Lead the development and execution of integration strategies for SAP ERP systems, ensuring project alignment and timely delivery across multiple regions.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the customization and optimization of SAP landscapes, driving continuous improvement in system performance, process efficiency, and team collaboration.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that supports the successful delivery of projects.

What is needed on that role?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP management, including experience with S/4 HANA and SAP Business Objects.
• Proven track record in leading SAP implementations in a complex, multi-regional environment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate diverse methodologies.
