Project Portfolio Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Portfolio Officer. Project for the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate servant leadership, diligence, and strong communication skills, supporting the program management team, coaches, and program manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings, workshops, and events
• Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and documentation
• Manage calendars and appointments
• Maintain program documentation (plans, reports, results)
• Assist with progress reports, status updates, and presentations
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
• Manage program tools and provide technical support
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
• Support Risk Management and reporting

Requirements:

• University-level education or equivalent
• 5+ years of business and IT experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Adaptable, creative problem solver
• Knowledge of PMM, Tableau, BO, and financial management (budgeting and cost control)
