Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary’s leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall’s local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Software license consulting regarding SAP software and contracts in use at the company and its customers
  • Administration and optimization of license agreements and usage within the company
  • Analysis and forecasting of license requirements and license costs
  • Supporting negotiations with SAP and other service providers on license procurement and adaptation
  • Conducting regular license audits and ensuring compliance with SAP licensing regulations (e.g. accompanying system measurements)
  • Creation and maintenance of reports and documentation on license inventory and consumption
  • Monitoring and managing license metrics and usage trends
  • Training internal staff on SAP licensing practices and regulations
  • Monitor and enforce changes to the terms and conditions of licenses
  • Optimizing software and license management processes, proposing consolidation and increasing efficiency
  • Work out and implement measures to sustainably optimize the license costs
  • Various tasks ranging from strategic to operational activities, covering the entire spectrum of licensing topics


WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Software License Management
  • Years of professional experience in SAP Cloud and on-premises licensing and competence in the SAP field of indirect access
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure / IT software
  • Experience in project management in an international environment
  • Communicative and social skills for teamwork
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools SharePoint / Excel
  • Good proficiency in English (business level), both written and spoken


WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of software license management tools (e.g. Flexera)
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g. Jira & Confluence)
  • German language skills are an advantage
