What does a Growth Marketing Associate - L&D do at Axelerant?

As part of our L&D team, your role will be to promote these services by highlighting success stories, engaging with L&D communities, and creating content that showcases the value we bring to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
As a Growth Marketing Associate for L&D, you'll focus on creating a robust marketing pipeline to share Axelerant's L&D stories and successes. You'll work closely with the L&D Managers, Director of Learning and Development, and the Marketing Team to build campaigns that position Axelerant as a leader in the L&D industry.
- Content Creation: Write thought leadership articles, case studies, and compelling sales collateral that focuses on Axelerant's L&D services and successes.
- Event Strategy: Collaborate with the team to strategize and execute event marketing for key industry events like Learning Technologies, DevLearn, and ATD.
- Community Engagement: Engage with L&D communities and forums, both internal and external, to share client success stories and case studies.
- Media Production: Assist in the creation of media formats like webinars, podcasts, and video series that highlight our L&D strategies and innovations.
While you won't need in-depth experience in all these areas, your willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
How You Will Be Supported
As part of the Axelerant marketing team, you'll have access to resources and a dedicated team, including Social Media Marketers, Designers, Multimedia Producers, and HubSpot Developers.
You'll also receive ongoing mentorship, training, and guidance from your Career Manager and Performance Coach.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Must-have:
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling narratives.
- B2B marketing experience, specifically in the L&D or related sectors.
- Understanding of the L&D industry, including current trends and challenges.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, such as SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
- Enthusiastic, open, and adaptable attitude.
- Prior experience working with L&D organization
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Background in journalism, literature, psychology, or research
- Familiarity with L&D content development and custom learning solutions
What Would Success Look Like For You?
In the next six months, you will:
- Develop and execute a content calendar for L&D services.
- Launch a YouTube show focused on L&D success stories and methodologies.
- Build and nurture a lead pipeline through engaging and value-driven content.
- Strategize marketing for key L&D events and conferences.
