National Food Equipment Services’ team of expert technicians is ready to help commercial kitchens run smoothly and effectively. We provide maintenance and repair service to ensure maximize uptime and keep customers satisfied. National Food Equipment Services’ technicians are ready to come out and provide expert service, on-time.

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher with excellent computer and organizational skills. In this role, you will manage customer service requests from start to finish. You will collaborate with service operations management, communicate the service schedule to customers, coordinate, and schedule Technicians, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to commute to Raleigh, NC-- This is an in-person role, no remote work available
  • 2+ years’ experience in a dispatch/ operations or customer service position
  • HVAC Or Restaurant experience preferred but will train the right person
  • Schedules service requests handles client inquiries and concerns
  • Prepares weekly/monthly execution plans for planned service agreements
  • Procures parts-materials-tools
  • Conducts customer service follow-up
  • Facilitates the administration of warranty claims
  • Receives/reconciles completed work orders
  • Maintains up-to-date client account information
  • A team player with a good attitude
  • Good driving record with a clear background check and drug screen
