Overview of Job Function:

Verint's Senior Architect, CCaaS plays a key role in designing and implementing a SaaS CCaaS solution, as well as implementing that solution for customers. Leveraging expertise in cloud-based technologies, telephony, customer experience strategies, and software engineering, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:


  • Participate in establishing our open CCaaS platform strategy and roadmap.
  • Design end-to-end CCaaS solutions that align with business needs and direction.
  • Architect scalable and resilient cloud-based contact center infrastructure.
  • Leverage unified communications, telephony and contact center technologies and platforms.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market, product management and engineering to develop comprehensive designs and implement solutions.
  • Lead technical discussions internally and with clients to understand contact center workflows, integration needs, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales on customer opportunities and provide input on enablement material and demonstrations.
  • Develop integration strategies with third-party platforms to enhance platform functionality. IPaaS experience a strong plus.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 10 years in unified communications, telecom or contact centers.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with cloud-based solutions – AWS or Azure strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of architecting and implementing CCaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in Java, C/C++, Golang, or .NET.
  • Experience with telephony protocols including SIP, WebRTC, and VoIP.
  • Strong understanding of contact center concepts such as IVR, ACD, CTI, and WFM.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
