- Line balancing.
- Preparation of work instructions, Visual aids, route sheets and process sheets for operators.
- Preparation of flow diagrams and FMEAs.
- Coordination and monitoring of a new product.
- Review and interpretation of plans.
- Workstation design.
- Ensure the results of the indicators through improvements, supervising of procedures and controls established on production lines.
- Carry out rework methodologies fir non-conforming parts.
- Solving production processes, fixtures, tools or equipment using.
- Lean, Kaizen tools and/or continuous improvement tools.
- Training for supervisor and leader of the production lines.
- Process Validation.
- Analysis of times and movements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Maintain a safe work environment in the area, through the prevention and attention of accidents and illnesses at work, corroborating that safety equipment is used accurate staff.
- Supervise activities in your area, to promote control over costs and times.
- Respond to quality reports or complaints.
- Develop engineering documentation and implementation new work instructions.
- Realization of Management of Change.
- Implement with Lean Manufacturing tools and 5 Ss in the plant.
- Ensure that tools, materials and work equipment are provided corresponding.
