Job description

This is a remote position.

Are you fluent in German and passionate about driving sales growth? Join our dynamic remote team as a Sales Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our clients' sales initiatives. Your primary responsibilities include generating new sales opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Utilizing LinkedIn as your primary tool, you'll engage in lead generation activities and manage client inboxes to identify and qualify leads to send over to our client's sales team for further conversion.

LeadHQ is a fast-growing company headquartered in Amsterdam. With a diverse team of 16 members, both remote and office-based in The Netherlands, we specialize in optimizing sales processes into an efficient and effective sales machine. Our expertise lies in innovating existing sales frameworks, filling the pipeline with new sales opportunities (lead generation), integrating CRM systems to manage sales opportunities effectively, and providing sales training to optimize deal closures.

Requirements
  • Your native language is German
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - in both German and English
  • A passion for working in a sales environment
  • You thrive in an independent work environment, taking ownership of tasks and initiatives
  • Proactive and innovative mindset
  • Ability to identify and address client's needs and handle objections
  • Available at least 5 hours a week (average of 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday) with possibilities to grow in hours 
  • You are available long-term (at least 12 months)
