  • Integrate backup applications with other core systems to ensure data continuity and streamlined disaster recovery operations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the integration, working to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate integrations before go-live.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to key stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any risks or changes in scope.
  • Create detailed documentation for all integration processes, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and operational procedures.
  • Develop user guides and knowledge base articles to support internal teams in the ongoing use and maintenance of integrated systems.
  • Offer post-integration support for a defined period to ensure a smooth transition to BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations.

  • Proven experience in systems integration with a focus on RMM tools (e.g. N-Central, Ivanti) ITSM platforms (e.g. FreshService, ServiceNow), backup applications (e.g. Cove, Veeam), and monitoring products (e.g. N-Able, SolarWinds, PRTG).
  • Strong knowledge of API development, scripting, and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security protocols, and system administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex integration projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within set timeframes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
