Key Responsibilities

Full Case Management: Own the end-to-end process of packaging client cases, ensuring a fast and smooth journey from start to finish.
Secured Loan Expertise: Process secured loan and second charge mortgage cases with precision and adherence to deadlines.
Client & Adviser Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients and advisers throughout the loan process, ensuring clarity and satisfaction at every stage.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in the mortgage brokerage industry, specifically in case management or packaging/processing.
Knowledge and experience with secured loans or second charge mortgages.
Ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
CeMAP qualification (fully or part-qualified) is advantageous, but not essential.
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
